Vanguard Compulsive Gambling Program
 Compulsive gambling ravages individuals and families in all aspects of their lives. Often there are no outward signs of a problem and when it surfaces families and friends are shocked to learn the seriousness of the situation. But there is hope.
The Vanguard Compulsive Gambling Treatment Center for men and women 18 years of age and older is a residential program designed and built exclusively for individuals and families experiencing problems due to gambling.
The 20-bed unit is located on the Project Turnabout campus in Granite Falls and participants have full access to all the grounds, recreational resources and treatment services available on campus.
The services offered at Vanguard are designed to offer the help and hope necessary to make recovery and life-long abstinence from gambling a reality. A team of professionals, including licensed counselors, physicians, nurses and psychologists, as well as a chaplain and a physical fitness trainer, along with the client, make up the treatment team.
