Halfway House
Project Turnabout's Halfway House in Marshall, Minnesota, specifically serves the needs of recovering chemically dependent males 16 years of age or older who are working toward an independent lifestyle. This unique building and program places a strong emphasis on the need for clients to make responsible, healthy daily living choices. The apartment-style living arrangement fosters self sufficiency, and daily therapeutic programming enhances the ability of each resident to learn from others.

The duration of this post-primary treatment program ranges from 60-180 days. Residents are required to work or attend school and participate in programming based on their treatment plan.
 

Transitional Living / Gambling
Becker House is a transitional living facility that provides a supportive environment for recovering chemically dependent and compulsive gambling men. The Becker House offers an inexpensive, temporary place (one year) for men to live while they continue their recovery.
 

Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient CD treatment is available in four counties in central and western Minnesota. The programs serve individuals who are appropriate (based on their assessment) for a less intensive treatment option. Using the same model of care as our residential programs, outpatient services are available in Granite Falls, Willmar, Marshall, and Redwood Falls.
 

Detoxification
Detox is conducted in the central medical unit of the Granite Falls campus by staff specifically trained to facilitate and monitor a patient’s health and well being during the period necessary to clear their body of all chemicals.
 

Domestic Abuse for Perpetrators
This special program addresses issues in domestic abuse. The program works with perpetrators. It is offered at Marshall and Willmar. The program also offers a Hispanic interpreter at the Willmar site. Please call for dates and times.
 

DWI Clinics
Our DWI clinics provide required education for first time offenders of Minnesota 's Driving While Intoxicated law. Please call for dates, times and locations.
 

Prevention / Education
High Risk Youth Prevention/Education program is directed at youth who are at a high risk of abusing alcohol and other drugs. Referrals come from the courts, clergy, probation, school counselors, social workers and parents.
 

Regional Prevention Center
Project Turnabout is a Regional Prevention Center for the State of Minnesota in Region 5 (27 counties in Southwest MN). Project Turnabout was awarded the grant through a federal block grant administered through the State of Minnesota, CHD and DHS. The Prevention Center focuses on prevention, education, and forming of coalitions in the areas of Alcohol, Tobacco, and other Drugs. Our Vision is “To create a regional prevention system, which Identifies, supports, and links communities together in the prevention of use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs”.
 

Intervention Services
Intervention Services are available to assist families and loved ones to intervene on behalf of an addicted individual and helps identify and arrange the appropriate course of treatment.
